Depression is hard. Treating it shouldn't be.

Depression can be suffocating in the way it affects every aspect of your life, the way it makes even the simplest tasks appear totally unaccomplishable...
Our clinical and support teams understand depression like no one else. They do everything possible to make the process smooth and easy for our patients.
From designing a quick online registration, to offering telemedicine evaluations, to fighting with insurance companies on our patient's behalf, we are there for our patients!

Spravato works!

Works fast: In this study, treated patients started doing better than those getting a placebo within 24 hours!
Results improve: As time passes depression symptoms continue to decrease.
Keeps on working: 4 year data shows that response to Spravato doesn't fade with time. Patients get better and stay better!

Patient Costs / Insurance Coverage:

Aetna, Cigna, Horizon, Medicare & United: These insurance plans include coverage for Spravato in their policies. Our dedicated insurance coverage team will get your depression care covered and make sure your out-of-pocket costs and expenditures are minimized.

Janssen SpravatoWithMe: No matter what type of coverage you have – Janssen's SpravatoWithMe team can investigate your insurance coverage, potential out-of-pocket costs (usually around $10/treatment) and help identify programs that may help you cover the cost of Spravato treatments.

Potential Side Effects:

Although we rarely see side effects, these four are the ones most commonly reported

Hypertension:
Your blood pressure may rise for a few hours after Spravato administration. We will actively monitor your pressure during your treatments.

Nausea:
Some patients report feeling transiently nauseous. This is usually fairly mild and we have never had a patient get nauseous to the point of vomiting.

Disassociation:
Some patients report times during their treatment when they're able to step outside of reality and get a different perspective on the issues central to their depression.

Sedation:
Most patients get a little sleepy during their treatments. Patients relax on a recliner in a softly lit room, under a cozy blanket, listening to music or simply resting.

About PremierMD:

We have been in clinical practice since 2006 helping patients such as yourself. We are family physicians, embracing complementary and alternative approaches to healing, from Medical Acupuncture to Medical Marijuana, and now Spravato/esketamine.

We are a family medicine practice that uses esketamine/Spravato, an FDA approved medicine, to treat depression. The patients come to our office for treatments once or twice a week. The treatment is covered by most health insurances and Medicare. The treatment is novel, very effective and is proving to be very safe.

We have always put patients above profits, and have never compromised patient care to meet some absurd insurance company metrics. Our clinical team is accessible 24/7 to our patients.
