Ludovic RIVERA chef , has been working in the profession for 19 years. He has worked in several high-end French restaurants and even in beautiful Michelin-starred houses as sous chef and head chef. His career has allowed him to master several culinary techniques and to acquire high-level experience. The influence of his Spanish origins and his travels of curiosity for the culinary art allow him to revisit French cuisine with surprising flavors, a cuisine rich in tastes and colors while respecting materials and traditions.

Ludovic's cuisine is gourmet, neat, frank, highlighting the products of our Gard and Cévennes producers .

ALES RESTAURANT OPEN ON SUNDAY:

In the dining room, Jennyfer is on the small onions with the customers, considerate, involved, diligent but discreet. Depending on your wishes, the service will be quick “for lunch for example” or more relaxed “for the evening”.
